Elwood is one of Madison County’s small towns, yet via State Roads 37 and 28, is only 20 to 30 minutes away from the vibrant area of Noblesville, Anderson, Marion, Kokomo and Muncie. Elwood has invested millions in improvements to roadways and streetscapes and in upgrades to the local municipal center, hospital and schools.
